"Freed" was a short Super-8 film I made for my Theatre Workshop class project, 1971, my senior year and it won first prize in WQED-TV's first Young People's Film Competition. It stars classmate Leslie Donahue with appearances by my math teacher Charles Stull, and students of Mr. Myers Theatre Workshop. We filmed it at the high school, downtown Pittsburgh, and in South Park in 1971. It is followed by a clip from my appearance on WQED-TV's "Lifestyle" program discussing the film.
